Equal Under the Law
I get this question a lot: Which offers more liability protection, corporations or limited liability companies? The answer: They’re equal. That was the intent of the Michigan legislature, and the courts appear to be enforcing it. See, for example, Waun v Universal Coin Laundry Machine, LLC and Stephen M. Bean and Frederic M.
